El medidor de tapas básicas de Sencon mide todas las características en el rango más amplio de diámetros de tapas básicas para bebidas y alimentos sin necesidad de cambiar piezas ni realizar ajustes. Un proyectil se escanea ópticamente por ambos lados para detectar cualquier posición en tan solo un segundo. Cada capa se orienta automáticamente en la dirección de la veta independientemente del tipo de revestimiento o decoración. Se pueden configurar lotes de diferentes tamaños a través de tres cajones de alimentación, que se pueden precargar con cartuchos codificados por colores mientras el medidor está en funcionamiento.

Highly Adaptable And Configurable

Measurement of all features is supported on all current shell profiles. Results can be linked to individual shells and presses, with the ability to configure any number of presses. Different size batches can be set up via three infeed drawers, which can be loaded with pre-loaded, color coded cartridges while the gauge is running.

Virtual Sectioning™

Sencon's Virtual Sectioning™ feature shows a complete and accurate profile, including material thickness. Add Progression measurement inside the same cabinet

The unit can easily be upgraded to add Progression Gauge functionality within the same cabinet if needed in the future, saving floor space and costing less than investing in two separate gauges. A combined shell and progression gauge can also be specified at the time of purchase.
