Vision systems, or machine vision solutions, are automated inspection systems based on imaging technologies such as cameras or scanners that allow can makers to verify labels, inspect finished cans and ends, and read production identification markings. Sencon uses machine vision systems within a number of products: from label verifiers and internal can spray detectors to modules for adding bodymaker and spray machine identification on our fully automatic gauges. All of these allow carmakers to monitor and automate quality checks on the production line.
