The modular design of Sencon's fully automatic Master Series™ gauges provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution for the modern can plant. Gauges can be purchased individually or as integrated groups with new modules added at a later date to increase throughput or add test features. Each gauging module is precision made from stainless steel and aluminium to give a long, trouble-free life. They are all rated with world class repeatability (R&R) and calibrated to traceable national standards. Every aspect of the design and build has been analysed and adjusted to maximize confidence in measurement results. Systems are configured with a single or multi-lane infeed conveyor, a central control interface equipped with Sencon's powerful Process Master™ software, and up to three linked gauging units.
