How to re-run missing reports in Process Master™

There may be times when you need to re-run a report from within the gauges Process Master™ software, perhaps due to a network outage or your SPC system has been down or maybe you simply just need to re-run it. Whatever the reason, re-running a report from within Process Master™ is both quick and easy.

To re-run a report, simply navigate to the 'Results' window, select the procedure whose report you wish to re-run and click the 'Generate Reports' button at the top of the 'Results' window. In the dialog window that appears asking 'Do you want to re-run the reports already associated with the procedure' – select 'Yes'. The report will now be re-run.

RUN NON-ASSOCIATED REPORTS

To run a report that is not associated with a procedure simply follow the guidelines above but click 'No' in the dialog window. Clicking 'No' will open a second dialog window where you can select the report you wish to run and a recipient type. Please note: the report type (printer or network) must match the recipient type.
