This new feature allows the budget friendly, PG5600™ automatic enamel rater to interface with a production line PLC to send and receive ‘Get Can’ and ‘Got Can’ commands, directing it to deliver a can or multiple cans for testing. This functionality enables the PG5600™ to effectively request cans directly from the conveyor, thereby improving operational efficiency and streamlining the quality control process. Manual involvement is minimized, ensuring that cans are tested consistently without disrupting the flow of production.
