This fully automatic enamel rater constantly checks its own operation to ensure that tests are accurate and reliable. Electrolyte concentration, fill level, and many other variables are continuously monitored, so you can rest assured that the same test quality is maintained day and night. With this test consistency, any trends or problems are spotted instantly and corrective action can be taken before excessive HFIs or scrap are generated.

The new Enamel Master is the result of a redesign project which drew on more than ten years experience of building and maintaining the most successful range of automatic enamel raters in the industry. The result is an eminently durable gauging system that is ready to accept virtually any 2pc beverage can without change parts. The gauge is ready for any can size change you may need.

Mechanical pumps have been replaced with an innovative electrolyte handling system. Only one major service per year, plus one minor service is required.

Additional gauging stations can be added, along with spray machine identification camera and multi-lane infeed.
