The Master Series quality assurance gauges offer a modular, scalable range of measuring systems that can start as single gauges but grow into complete, automated multi-gauging clusters.
The modular approach means that you can purchase just those options that meet your immediate needs, safe in the knowledge that additional measurement or operational functionality can be added when appropriate.
Reduced cost of ownership
Precise control of internal and external coatings requires accurate and frequent checking of film thickness and distribution. Sencon’s Coatings Master is a fully automatic coatings thickness gauge for beverage cans that undertakes these tests with excellent accuracy and reliability. This allows test frequencies to be significantly increased at the same time as saving hours of unproductive operator time.
Currently supplied with the trusted capacitive measurement technology, it can be upgraded to optical measurement in the future.
The standard Coatings Master can switch between 65mm/211 body diameter and another smaller diameter without the need for change parts. (The smaller diameter is preset during manufacture to suit your needs. Other size options are possible, please consult Sencon to discuss your needs).
Only one major service per year, plus one minor service is required.
