PET-Lab

PET-Lab is an integrated PET bottle testing system that records results from all attached gauges straight to computer, giving immediate visual warning about out of spec readings. It can also make the combined and collated results available for remote transfer.

Supervisors and managers can immediately see reliable data for key PET process parameters via a plant wide network or even off site via email. The data can then be exported into Excel spreadsheets for further analysis by third party SPC programmes.The resulting integration of test and immediate, company wide visibility of trustworthy quality data makes for better process monitoring and quicker intervention when problems arise.
