The rugged, waterproof casing with specially recessed connectors is designed to withstand the corrosive environment of the enamel rating test in the factory environment. The unit is fully CE compliant.
Semi-Automatic Operation
Once loaded with ends, the test chamber is inverted, at which point the gauge automatically starts the test cycle. An internal timer freezes the reading when a preset time has elapsed (default 4 seconds). The reading is displayed on screen and transmitted to a printer or PC via the serial interface.
Multiple Diameters Catered For
The quick-change rubber seal system allows simple, rapid interchange of end sizes. Ends from 200 to 206 are easily accommodated. Seals for one end size are normally provided, other sizes can be incorporated on request.
