EIA standard RS232-C, RS422 and RS485.

These modules feature complete electrical isolation between inputs and outputs
to ensure that unwanted electrical transients, which are common in the
industrial environment, do not interfere with the high-speed transfer of crucial
data. Whether for full or half-duplex operation, Sencon has the module to suit your needs.
High Speed Operation - Sencon communication modules operate at speeds of up to 100k Baud, providing for the rapid exchange and conversion of RS232, RS422 and RS485 serial data.
Increased Efficiency - Special line fault and optical isolation between data inputs and outputs allows the user to identify data collisions. This feature is particularly valuable in recognizing if one or more drivers are ‘latched on’ to the network. By identifying data collision or transmission problems, users can troubleshoot systems more quickly, then isolate problems and take corrective action for quick return to normal operation.
Complete Isolation - Sencon communication modules feature optical isolation between serial data inputs and outputs, plus transformer isolation from the power supply. In addition, these modules isolate the RTS and CTS handshaking lines.
This unique isolation feature makes modules virtually foolproof in protecting
transmitted data from the effects of electrical noise.
