Sencon Anti-Jitter Modules and Totalizers provide a cost effective means of obtaining reliable count signals or totals in the very difficult environment of metal packaging.
These devices can be used with Sencon's specialized count sensors or with a pair of generic sensors or opto-switches per channel.
Ideal for counting / spoilage analysis with can filling , tubes, kegs, PET or glass bottles etc.
Dual inputs per channel allow directional sensing of the objects being counted. This enables the built-in anti-jitter, anti-backup logic to eliminate miscounts due to target shake, bounce, jitter or backup. They are also designed to deal with the high electrical noise, short signal durations and cable capacitance that render
other count systems unreliable or inaccurate.
