Sencon’s On-Line Film Weight Monitoring System (SC8800) allows measurement of clear, gold and white lacquer * film weight on wet lacquered plate, right at the coater.

The ability to accurately measure the film weight on sheets as they come off the coater significantly shortens the ‘make ready’ process and also allows easy optimization of lacquer film weights. Rapid payback is achieved through improved efficiency, reduced lacquer consumption and better product quality.
