Sencon's SC7000 Mis-Spray Detector provides 100% inspection of internal spray application, eliminating un-sprayed cans or those cans with a significant unsprayed area. Its ability to operate right at each spray machine head gives immediate warning of spray system problems and prevents bad cans from mixing with good. The offending spray machine will be stopped, but the remainder will continue production, minimizing interruption to the production line output.
